Update Monday, July 17, 2006:

The new Training Section has now been completed!  This new section can be found under the Providers Section.  The Training Section now includes an updated Course Roster, Pricing/Information and OTES the new Journeys Online Training Enrollment System.  Check back often as the Course Roster will be updated with new information as it becomes available.

Update Wednesday, June 21, 2006:

New section created for clients.  Information regarding services, rights, privacy and other information information is stored here and available for review and download.

Update Monday, May 29, 2006:

The new Provider section is currently being created!  With this new secure section you will be able to download forms, submit billing/payroll information online and review other provider/employee specific information.  To use this new section you must sign up for a username and password, a new sign up page is now available here.  If you currently use the Online Billing system 1.0 you can use your first name with last initial (lower case only) and current password to access the system.  The new section is available for use now, check back here often or e-mail Webmaster for more information.

Journeys has now rolled out the new online billing submission system, JOBS 2.0!!!  Follow the links in the Provider & Employee Section to access the system.

Update Sunday, March 26, 2006:

The State of New Mexico Department of Health has changed the name of the Long Term Services Division to the Developmental Disabilities Support Division, for more information visit their website here.  It is also in the process of changing some of its current services and their names.  More information regarding these changes will follow as soon as they become official.  Check back often!

Update Wednesday, March 1, 2006:

Toll Free numbers!!!  Journeys now provides toll free phone and fax numbers to our Albuquerque Corporate Offices.  Toll Free voice number 877-315-6016 - Toll Free Fax number 877-316-7992.

Update Thursday, February 16, 2006:

We have had a good amount of interest in the new Online Billing System; however, we know that many families do not have computers in their homes and therefore do not have valid e-mail addresses.  Journeys does not want to exclude anybody we are therefore going to make 2 computers available in our office for the use of those who sign up to use the online billing system.  Journeys will also provide any new user with a journeysinc.org e-mail address.  To sign up for an e-mail address please click here.

Update Wednesday, February 8, 2006:

Journeys Home Based Online Billing system is ready for "live" testing!  We have tested the system and it is working!  For more information or to sign up for online billing please visit the new Providers section of this website.  Online billing will allow users to bill twice per month meaning 2 payments per month rather than waiting for 1 check per month.  Effective March 1, 2006 Journeys will now have a physical location in Española, NM which will service the Northern New Mexico region.

Update Friday, February 3, 2006:

Complete your Employee and Home Based Timesheets here!!!  Go to the Employment page and visit the links to the individual timesheets.  You can complete them on your computer then either email them to will@journeysinc.org or fax them to 505-292-0307.

Update Wednesday, November 16, 2005:

Journeys is going to hold a Client/Provider appreciation day for its Home Based Program!  The details are as follows:

When: Friday, November 18, 2005 at 6:00 pm

Where:  Relaxations, LLC - 11601 Montgomery Blvd NE; Albuquerque, NM  87111

Dinner and Drinks will be provided as well as relaxation techniques, such as massages and oxygen bar!

Update Tuesday, November 15, 2005:

Journeys is expanding its service region!  We are currently awaiting approval to provide Home Based and Respite services for the counties of San Miguel and Socorro!  Visit this page often to find out when our approval comes in!

We are also excited to announce that our IRS Tax Exempt/Non-Profit status under the IRS code 501(c)(3) has been extended!

Update Thursday, September 15, 2005:

Website update, the page Incident Reporting has been added to the site.  Use the information contained on this page to manage and report all necessary incidents.  This page includes information and guidelines for "in-house" incident reporting as well as DHI incident reporting.

Update Tuesday, July 5, 2005:

We are sad to announce that our Administrative Assistant Ryan Munsell is leaving the agency.  He has been offered an exciting position with a local insurance company.  While we are sad to see him go we wish him Good Luck!

Update Monday, June 20, 2005:

Sarah Rieland has returned from maternity leave and has been promoted to a new position training as a Residential Home Based Coordinator!  Kim Sanchez has been promoted from Community Educator to Community Activities Coordinator!  David Southwell and JR Bruton have both been promoted from Community Educators to Community Membership Supervisors!  Good Luck and Congratulations to Sarah, Kim, David and JR!!!

Update Saturday, June 2, 2005:

CPR/First Aid course has changed from Saturday, June 11, 2005 to Saturday, June 18, 2005.  Journeys' Santa Fe office now has its own local Santa Fe numbers, see contacts page for more information.  Journeys is waiting for approval for Los Alamos county to provide Home Based/Respite Services.

Update Saturday, May 7, 2005:

Journeys is now offering Home Based/Respite services in Santa Fe and Rio Arriba counties!  For more information contact our office or contact our Northern Region Representative, Paul Garcia at 505-927-4725.

The Contacts section of this website has been updated!  We have added an Officers link to this page which includes a picture of the Journeys Corporate Officials.

Update Monday, January 10, 2005:

The upgrade to our new web-server is complete!  There should be no future problems with this site.  We are now in the process of upgrading our mail-server.  During this time our e-mail may take longer than normal to reach its destination, this includes all incoming and outgoing e-mails.  No e-mails will be lost during this transition they may just take a bit longer to arrive at their destination.  Thanks for your patience!

Update Friday, January 7, 2005:

Journeys, its employees, contractors and consumers have been collecting all spare money and change in hopes of spending its money on a very special occasion such as a trip or banquet; however, with the recent tragedy of the Tsunami Disaster all Journeys members have voted to donate all money saved to the relief fund.  On Thursday, January 6, 2005 teams from Journeys went to the ClearChannel Radio Station where they donated the bottle of saved money to the fund.  The money is said to exceed an amount of $500.00!

We are currently adding a new employment section!  You can now download employment applications and home based provider applications.  Visit this section now for updated job postings!

We have added a page describing the DD Waiver.  Visit this section for more information and contact information for inquiries on applying for services under the DD Waiver.

We are still in the process of upgrading to our new server.  Until this process is completed you cannot use the search function on this website.  Keep checking back in this News section for more information.  Once our upgrade is completed this website will host additional functions, such as information inquiries and information update forms as well as any other function we find necessary in the future!
